At Tara, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying materials.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

  • The item must be suitable for resale.

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, haircare, and personal care products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Where applicable, a return shipping label may also be provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

To help us process your request efficiently, we may ask for photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, haircare, or personal care products

  • Products that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the quickest option is to request a return of the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
