These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any purchase made through the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
